When the Sun shines like this all I want to do is grab my stuff and head off to a terrace by the beach. Take the book I’m reading, New Moon in English so that I could practice, order a hot chocolate and relax. Who´s with me??

It´s funny how coincidences make us wonder… Saturday night on my way to downtown and after a dinner party with my friends at my house, we were listening to Guns n’ Roses and when it was about to start the song “November Rain” they changed but I thought of P from Vila Real because it was one of his favorite songs.. Against all odds I saw him there at 3C. He was here for a veterinary conference and his friend brought him there… there are things that we can’t explain! But I’m glad we found each other again!

Para a parede – Facing the wall
I can’t say that I didn’t expect it, but I believed them when they told me that I wouldn’t move for the third time. However in the next day through manipulation and conspiracy they were able to change me. I’m facing the wall commanding the troops… I look like a first grader being punished. At the beginning I didn’t accepted it that well, I even had a nasty argument with my boss, but I’ve learned that I was giving them exactly what they wanted, to see me down and that is why I have to fight them with smiles and little trust. It’s amazing how people can be mean and not understanding, I hope that I never become such a person, but you never know what that place does to you…

Companheirismo - Companionship
As you all know I have a few problems at work because cynicism, hypocrisy and pettiness are kings. One of their biggest assets is the fact that my face shows my soul and they see how they affect me with the stupid things they say. This week as been terrible, every single day he picks a trivial subject to annoy me , there are stages in your life that allow you to ignore this type of thing, there are others that make you think in a evil plan to get rid of such character.
Thankfully not all of them are like that, I was able to make a friend with whom the companionship is clear, we have private jokes, looks, giggles… we can see what the other one is thinking and complete the thought … unfortunately she is changing the work place living me with the wolves. She’s not going far away but is not the same thing, oh no it isn’t!
What is left for me to do is wish her luck in this new phase and thank her for what she did and still does for me.
Big kiss for my dear L.

Odisseia Natalícia - Christmas odyssey
Andei completamente desaparecida do blog, shame on me!
I’ve been away from the blog, shame on me! But you know how it is, between holidays and festivities all the work got accumulated and I didn’t have time to write.
I’ll write about the holidays latter, with photos and details from the trips to Paris, Venice and Milan!
But for know I want to tell you about Christmas and the food marathon and road trips around the country!
On the 24th we ate at my brothers and C house, we were 10 and it all went well, I was glad we ate there for the first time and my brother was really happy to! The famous “rouges com bigodes” were there, as well as the cod, potatoes, vegetables and piglet. The deserts were rabanadas, apple and flan pies… I slept there so that we could go to Braga to have lunch the next day, we were 26 people! The cousin table was really funny; I love when we get together!
The 26th we went down to Setubal to visit the other cousins and hunt, they are huge and really lovely. I spent my afternoon with little M in my arms.
Yesterday we returned to Braga at lunch time, by then I was really tired, I just wanted to go home, sit on my little couch and read the book that my friend J gave me…
